Account & Login

Everything you need to know about resetting your password, using two-factor authentication, and managing your account settings.

Password Reset

  1. 1

Go to the login page for your account type (Client, Lawyer, CS, or CA) and click the "Forgot password?" link.

  2. 2

Enter the email address registered on your account and submit the form.

  3. 3

A 6-digit verification code will be sent to that email. If you don't see it within a minute, check your spam or junk folder.

  4. 4

Enter the code on the verification screen. You can resend the code if it expires, but repeated failed attempts will invalidate it.

  5. 5

Once verified, choose a new strong password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.

  6. 6

Use your email and the new password to sign in. You can repeat this process anytime you lose access.

Verification codes expire after 30 minutes and the code is invalidated after 5 failed attempts to protect your account from brute-force attacks.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

  1. 1

Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a one-time code in addition to your password.

  2. 2

When enabled, after entering your password you'll be prompted for a 6-digit code delivered to your registered email.

  3. 3

Enter the code to complete sign-in. Codes are time-limited and can be resent if they expire before you enter them.

  4. 4

Keep your registered email address up to date so 2FA codes always reach you. Update it from your profile settings.

  5. 5

If you repeatedly fail 2FA, the verification token is automatically deleted and you'll need to start a fresh login attempt.

Never share your 2FA code with anyone. Our support team will never ask for it. If you suspect your code was intercepted, reset your password immediately.

Account Settings

  1. 1

After signing in, open your dashboard and navigate to Profile Settings or Account Settings from the sidebar.

  2. 2

Here you can update your display name, contact phone, profile photo, and other personal details.

  3. 3

Professionals (Lawyers, CS, CA) can edit firm details, jurisdictions, areas of expertise, and fee structure from their profile.

  4. 4

Manage notification preferences — choose which email alerts you receive for case updates, messages, and reminders.

  5. 5

Review your registered email and update it if needed; this email is used for password resets and 2FA codes.

  6. 6

Changes are saved automatically when you submit each section. Always sign out from shared or public devices.

Keeping your profile accurate helps with verification, matching, and communications. Changes to professional credentials may require re-verification by our compliance team.
