Everything you need to know about invoices, refunds, and subscription or plan changes.
After a professional submits a quotation that you accept, an invoice is generated and linked to your case.
Open your dashboard and navigate to Billing History, Payment History, or Billing Management to view all invoices.
Each invoice shows the invoice number, case title, professional, amount, currency, pricing model, and due date.
Click an invoice to review the full breakdown, including the scope of services and any additional expense line items.
To pay, open the invoice and use the secure checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe with server-side amount validation.
Once payment is confirmed, the invoice status updates to "paid" and you'll receive a receipt for your records.
Invoice amounts are always fetched directly from your case record on the server, so the amount you see is exactly what was agreed in your accepted quotation.
If you believe an invoice was issued in error or a service was not delivered as agreed, contact the assigned professional first through the case messaging.
If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to our support team via live chat or email with your invoice number and case details.
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Stripe.
Depending on your bank, refunded funds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Keep all case correspondence and agreements — they help our team assess refund and dispute requests fairly.
Refunds are not guaranteed and depend on the circumstances of each case. Having clear documentation speeds up the review process.
Clients can review available plans on the Pricing section of the home page (Basic, Professional, Enterprise).
To upgrade or change your plan, contact our support team through live chat or email and they will guide you through the process.
Service engagements with recurring billing (monthly, quarterly, annually) are managed through the Service Engagements module on your dashboard.
Each engagement shows the agreed amount, billing frequency, and current status (active, on hold, completed, terminated).
To pause or cancel a recurring engagement, coordinate with your assigned professional and update the engagement status accordingly.
Plan changes and recurring billing updates take effect at the start of your next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed.
Always confirm billing changes in writing through the case messaging system so both you and the professional have a record of the agreement.
