How to report issues, how we protect your privacy, and how to keep your account secure.
If you encounter a problem with a case, professional, or payment, contact our support team via live chat or email as soon as possible.
Provide the case title or ID, the professional's name (if relevant), and a clear description of the issue.
For billing disputes, include the invoice number and a summary of what went wrong.
Our team reviews every report and will respond through the channel you used to reach us.
If you believe a professional has acted unethically, mention this in your report so it can be escalated for compliance review.
Keep all related case correspondence and documents — they help us investigate and resolve reports fairly.
Reports are kept confidential. Retaliation of any kind is not tolerated on the platform.
Your personal information and case documents are stored securely with encryption in transit and at rest.
Row-level security ensures you can only access your own cases, agreements, messages, and documents — and only professionals authorized on your case can see related data.
When you submit a case, professionals receive a sanitized summary — no sensitive documents or personal details are shared until you formally select a professional.
Secure documents and compliance files are stored in encrypted private storage and accessed through time-limited signed URLs.
We comply with GDPR and international data protection standards. You can request a review of your data handling by contacting support.
Keep your registered email up to date so security notifications, password resets, and verification codes always reach you.
We will never ask for your password or two-factor authentication code. If anyone claims to be from our team and requests these, report it immediately.
Use a strong, unique password for your account — at least 6 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols where possible.
Enable two-factor authentication when available; it requires a one-time code in addition to your password at sign-in.
Verification codes expire after a limited time and are invalidated after 5 failed attempts to protect against brute-force attacks.
Always sign out from shared or public devices. Never share your login credentials with anyone.
If you suspect your account has been compromised, reset your password immediately and contact support.
Review your profile settings periodically to confirm your contact details and notifications are current.
Proactive security is a shared responsibility. Strong passwords, 2FA, and cautious use of shared devices go a long way toward keeping your account safe.
